Is sparkling water and mineral water the same or not?

I just bought a bottle of Arrowhead’s sparkling water and I assumed it was another name for mineral water. But then I looked it up online and I guess they’re not the same?? Can someone explain to me the difference, or if it’s the same? Thanks

      Mineral water contains minerals. Sparkling water is carbonated (fizzy) water
