Samael asked:

Is Natural Mineral Water (naturally carbonated) bad when dieting ? And if so in what amount ?

The water I’m talking about is naturally carbonated with a good amount of natural iodine.

Thanks !

Janice

For high calorie drinks like soda and would be good substitute for dieters.
The iodine you mention it also is called mineral because it also is water has no calories it is harmless and is harmless and would be good substitute for dieters.
