I went to Europe recently and the markets there sold only mineral water. There were not waters free of any minerals like in the US with Aquafina, Arrowhead, etc. When I got back home I did some research and saw that some mineral waters contain unusual minerals that dont sound too good for you. Arsenic, iron, etc… Can daily consumption of only mineral water be good for a person?

   mineral waters are the same as aquafina in the u.s. as they are from natural springs.

   but mineral waters are better. we have a limited supply in the u.s. so it’s underadvertised.
