Is it danger to keep mineral bottled water under sun because inside the rig we don’t have space to keep them.

I’m working on drilling rig site. Caterman just leave mineral bottled water outside. We have shine sune some time cold and all the day water in bottle stay under different temperature. This is not really good for water conservation I mean. Can you help in this matter?
