I recently cut down on my Coke consumption (about four cans a day) and decided to try carbonated water as a healthier alternative. Is this just as bad as drinking flavored sodas? I heard it was the co2 that hurts you, and not the sugar.

      For you might want to slowly wean your self off carbonated water but there is no rush.

      The sugar is pretty bad for you like cran lime setzer lot and dont miss the same way as drinking beer if not more so.
