If you were to bathe in mineral water instead of tap water, could you tell the difference?

If you were to bathe or shower in mineral water, would you notice a difference in your skin by bathing in it as opposed to drinking it?
BTW Memphis tap water is treated with chlorine gas, so in my case there is a difference between mineral water and tap water.

      The different quality of water but if you have normal to healthy skin you have normal to tell the different quality of.

      Tap water IS mineral water.

      The entire basis of the mineral baths in europe they say you feel differently but im very skeptical have never seen any proof of difference.
