I bought a large plastic container of New zealand ararimu mineral water from this organic supermarket and it isnt bottled or pressurized, the container just dispenses the water—How long will the water stay fresh? Doesnt water go off after a while when its not pressurized?

btw–NZ mineral water is like no other–its extremely great tasting and just feels healthy. lol
