   Bottled water is mostly about marketing, not the water. Many successful brands are simply water from municipal water supplies.

   I suggest you check out Entrepreneur magazine. They sell business startup guides that lay out the basics of business plans and talk about funding. In addition, there have been recent articles about bottled water marketing angles.
