I found some articles where we are advised to eat food rich in calcium before drinking green or black tea, thus the insoluble calcium oxalate (one of the main causes of kidney stones) is formed in the digestive tract and eliminated. But what if I put the bag in a cup of hot non-carbonated mineral water (rich in calcium and other minerals)? Could this have the same effect?
