I have recently become addicted to drinking sparkling mineral water (Pellegrino, et al) I DO KNOW that it does have a small amount of sodium in it… I do drink regular water too… I am just wondering if there are any real ’side effects’ that may occur… please have info sources :)

      I don’t think so. Maybe you get to burp more cos of the “gas” in them.
