I drink roughly three 11.5 ounce bottles of mineral water a day. I enjoy the taste and the more bubbly the better. Is there such thing as drinking too much mineral water?

Also, my mineral water of choice is Topo Chico mineral water in the glass bottles. Delicious. Are there any other good brands out there besides Pellegrino? What is your choice of mineral water?

I’m talking about Mineral water with CO2. I’ve heard that people who drink this water slower burn fat than people drinking regular water? Is this correct and if it is, how much does it slow your fat burning process?

If you were to bathe in mineral water instead of tap water, could you tell the difference?

Mary C asked:
If you were to bathe or shower in mineral water, would you notice a difference in your skin by bathing in it as opposed to drinking it?
BTW Memphis tap water is treated with chlorine gas, so in my case there is a difference between mineral water and tap water.
